Titans Direct Purchasing Opportunities Information Session
Garney Construction is the General Contractor for the East Bank Regional Sanitary Sewer Lift Station in Nashville, TN. This project is a Progressive Design-Build, and Garney has partnered with SSR as the Design Engineer. The project owner is Tennessee Stadium, LLC (Titans) with the end user being Metro Water Services (MWS). View flyer.
Garney will be submitting pricing to the Owner for the second Construction Phase (”GMP2”) in mid-to- late January 2025. The GMP2 Design Documents, and associated bid packages, will be available to any interested vendors/subcontractors no later than December 13th, 2024. These bids will be due to Garney by mid-January 2025. GMP2 contracts will be awarded immediately following Owner approval of Garney’s GMP2 pricing, approximately early February 2025. (Exact dates will be discussed further during the Outreach Meeting and in the Bid Packages).
Garney is looking to receive bids based off the GMP2 Design Documents for the following scopes:
Division 02 – micropiles, supply aggregates
Division 03 – furnish resteel, tie resteel
Division 07 – dampproofing & waterproofing subcontractor
Division 11 – supply dry pit submersible pumps, VFDs, slide gates, odor control system
Division 15 – furnish electric actuated valves, manual process valves
Division 16 – electrical subcontractor, furnish & install generator
Garney will be submitting pricing to the Owner for the final Construction Phase (”GMP3”) in mid-to-late March 2025. Division 09 – epoxy coatings & equipment/pipe painting subcontractor
Division 10 – supply building signage
Division 14 – furnish & install bridge crane
Division 15 – furnish & install odor control duct, interior ductile iron pipe, stainless-steel pipe supports,
HVAC subcontractor, furnish & install louvers and fire protection
Division 17 – instrumentation and controls (includes magnetic flowmeter & system integration)
The project has a 25% DEI participation goal (13% MBE, 12% WBE).
