Overview of Titans / Owner Direct Opportunities

While most contracting opportunities will fall under the TBA’s Construction Management Agreement, there are also opportunities that will be procured directly by the Tennessee Titans. These opportunities range from signage, to FF&E, to supporting infrastructure projects, and this page will outline RFP announcements and instructions.

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for Prefabricated Locker, including installation – Open Early September 2025

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

  • Furnish specified locker units and benches per approved drawings and finish schedule; 

  • Coordinate delivery to match site readiness and construction milestones

  • Install lockers and assemble associated benches in designated areas per installation drawings and layout plans;

  • Ensure proper anchoring, alignment, and compliance with project standards; and

  • Overall compliance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

  • Firms are to have experience on at least five (5) relevant and comparably scaled projects, with at least two (2) of the five (5) being similar scale scopes for NFL Stadiums or other large professional sports and entertainment venues within the last five (5) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

  • Targeted RFP Release FALL 2025  

  • Targeted RFP Closing Date TBD

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for General Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, including warehousing (as needed), logistics, and installation – Open Early October, 2025

The scope of work for this RFP shall include:

  • Manufacture and/or furnish all standard furniture per approved specifications, finish schedules, and shop drawings;

  • Coordination, logistics support, and ultimate delivery of the furniture to the site and final location with the project team to align with the construction and installation schedule;

  • Assemble and install furniture according to approved layout drawings and manufacturer instructions;

  • Provide short-term warehousing, as identified, to support phased installation as areas are completed; and

  • Overall compliance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

Opportunity: Request for Proposals for New Stadium Video Production System, including delegated design and engineering, furnish, and installation – Open Fall 2025

Work under this Contract includes all labor, materials, tools, transportation services, supervision, coordination, etc., necessary to complete the installation of the Video Production System, as described in these specifications and illustrated on the associated drawings. The systems shall be called the “Video Production System” and the installer the “Video Production Installer”. The systems include the following major items:

  1. Video Control Room Technology

  2. All electrical distribution within each system at each installation point

  3. Technical millwork and furniture consoles

The nature of the contract is “design-build”. The installer is responsible for all subsequent design and engineering (delegated design) not included within the RFP documents. The Installer is responsible for providing all components necessary for a complete and operational system. 

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are:

  • Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee

  • Proposals are compliant with the specifications and plans provided within the RFP

  • Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP

  • Firms are to have experience on at least three (3) relevant and comparably scaled NFL Stadiums or other Major Professional arenas or stadiums projects within the last three (3) years.

The anticipated timeline for the process is:

  • Targeted RFP Release FALL 2025  

  • Targeted RFP Closing Date TBD
