How to Get Certified as a DBE

The Nashville Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (BAO) is responsible for contract compliance, as well as administration and enforcement of the equal business opportunity program. Please click here to search the BAO’s directory of small, minority, and women-owned firms registered to do business with the Metropolitan Government. If you are not on this list, the entities below are recognized by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Equal Business Opportunity Program and can help you start your process. If you are currently a registered DBE with one entity, there is a reciprocity process to transfer your registration. Please contact TBA for more information.

Businesses can also register with iSupplier to work with Metro Nashville on other projects. iSupplier registration is not required to participate in the New Nissan Stadium procurement process, but it may be beneficial to businesses interested in working on future projects managed through Metro Nashville.
