Tennessee Builders Alliance (TBA) is a joint venture between four local construction management firms committed to delivering a world-class facility to the Tennessee Titans and the City of Nashville. Each partnering firm has a Nashville office, bringing a collective 107+ years of local construction experience. TBA is a part of the Nashville community and committed to serving our neighbors throughout the life of the project. We are YOUR HOME TEAM.

TBA partners include Nashville firms Polk & Associates Construction, I.C.F. Builders, and the local offices of two of the world’s most experienced stadium construction firms: Turner Construction Company and AECOM Hunt.

About the New Nissan Stadium Project

  • Approximately 1.8 million square feet

  • Approximately 60,000 seats

  • Includes 12,000 square feet of community space to host classes for local schools, job trainings, and other community-minded events

  • Enclosed, translucent roof to ensure our athletes and musicians can perform in any weather, any time of the year

  • Panoramic views of our city

  • The lease term will run for at least 30 years, cementing the TItans’ home in Nashville for another generation

  • Local businesses, goods, and labor will be prioritized in construction and vendor contracts

Sustainability

The New Nissan Stadium will be built with high-tech, sustainable materials and designed to minimize waste and preserve both energy and water. The Stadium is pursuing LEED Gold certification! Gold-certified buildings are distinguished by their innovative approaches to energy conservation, water use reduction, and enhanced indoor air quality, among other environmental achievements. These buildings serve as exemplary models of sustainability, showcasing the potential for significant environmental impact reduction through thoughtful design and operation.
