Project Updates
General
The Tennessee Titans are building a new indoor stadium that will serve as the centerpiece of Nashville’s East Bank. Expected to open in the spring of 2027, the venue will host Titans’ games, Tennessee State University football games and many other prestigious sports, music and entertainment events. Made for Nashville, the facility will feature a 12,000 square foot community space available for use year-round.

Built with high-tech, sustainable materials and designed to minimize waste and preserve energy and water
The lease term will run for at least 30 years, cementing the TItans’ home in Nashville for another generation
Local businesses, goods, and labor will be prioritized in construction and vendor contracts

Established in 2001, Don Hardin Group is a construction consulting and project management firm, which specializes in Owner’s agent services. Their team consists of project engineers and managers with collective backgrounds and experiences in various types of projects not only in the Nashville area but also throughout the country.
MANICA provides its clients with the unique combination of large scale project experience and the personality and creativity of a boutique international design studio. Unlike many large architectural firms that specialize in projects of similar scale, MANICA is dedicated to ensuring that all of its clients are given the personal attention and unparalleled expertise they deserve.
TVS is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA with global project expertise. They were founded in 1968, and their first major project in the Sports Market was in 1972. The methods and technology has changed since 1968, but their commitment to client service is unwavering.

Road Closures
Stadium project, please be advised that Russell Street between 2nd Avenue and Interstate Drive; and 2nd Avenue between Russell Street and Victory Way will be closed from March 11, 2024, through mid-2027.
A path for pedestrians and cyclists will remain open, but vehicles are advised to take alternative routes during this time.
